The Edit User Lists option allows an SDSpro administrator to view the lists that currently exist in SDSpro and the specific description for each one.
For example, the Container Material list shows all the different materials from which a container used to store a product may be made. Should a new type of container made of ceramic, Pyrex, or other material, an SDSpro Administrator could add it to the Container Material list.
From the Special Functions tab, select the Edit User Lists option.

1. Click Select.

2. Select a specific list from drop-down list box.
3. The Locked check box indicates whether the list can be modified without the correct password.
4. Use the Item drop-down list menu to choose a specific item in the selected list.
5. Click Add to add a new Item to the selected list.
6. Click Delete to delete the chosen Item from the selected list.
7. The Value field indicates a value corresponding to the chosen Item.
8. The Display Value field indicates what value you would like displayed.
9. The Detailed Text field gives additional information on the chosen Item.
