Merge Utility
The Merge Utility allows you to merge two companies, in the event that a company is duplicated or 2 companies have merged.
From the top Toolbar or under Admin on the right of the Dashboard, click Companies.
A list of companies will appear:
Click on the company you wish to merge. Then, right click and click Merge.
You will receive a warning “Changes made with the Company Merge Utility cannot be undone!”. Be sure you are modifying the correct records in order to prevent any unwanted changes.
Select OK.
Merge Companies - On the left you have the Source Company and on the right you have the Destination Company. You have the option to do searches on both tables in order to find the particular companies that you wish to merge.
Once you have made your selections, select Merge (between Source Company and Destination Company windows).

All products from the source company will be moved to the destination company. After the merge you may have multiple products with the same product name and manufacturer. Be certain to check for duplicates. |
It will then confirm that the merge was successful and ask if you want to delete the source company.
Click Delete to remove the source destination or Cancel to keep the records.
