SDSpro Web Server settings can be configured at any time by opening the SDSpro Web Server Control Panel, allowing review and modification of the internal web server configuration. Open the Web Server Control Panel by selecting it from the Windows drop-down menu (SDSpro PlusWeb), or by clicking on the Modify Web Settings button within the server application window (SDSpro Enterprise), or by selecting Web Settings from Admin -> Special functions (SDSpro PlusWeb or SDSpro client).
To launch the Web Server Configuration:
The Web Server Control Panel will be shown. To change any values, the Edit button must first be clicked.
Not all options shown may affect your current web configuration. For any questions, it is recommended to contact Support at support@sdspro.com.
A quick overview of the main functions will be given here.
On the Interface tab, the Enable Custom Message option allows a custom message to appear on the web search.
The Contents tab has options for the number of location columns and the depth at which to display results.
As shown below. 3 locations columns are shown and because the first level location is selected (Main Plant - LA) inventory results are shown as well.
The Menu tab contains options that affect the default Search fields and the Search Results columns.
The Searches tab allows for customization of fields shown in the Advanced Search.
The Web Inventory tab contains options for the Web Inventory Manager.
If enabled, the Product Report option will appear on the Web interface.
