The SDS Binder feature allows for an 'electronic' or 'hard-copy' binder to be created for a location or it's sub-locations.
Launch the binder feature:
Select the desired Location and desired options. Click Next.
By default, the Standard Binder option is selected. Only English SDS's will be included in the Binder.
The Multi-Document option allows for additional languages and document types to be included.
The next page allows for customization of the Table of Contents page.
The final page allows for the actual creation of the binder. Click Browse to select a location for the binder to be generated.
Once a location has been selected, click Create Binder.
Click Launch Binder to view the binder.
This HTML format of the binder may be copied to a common drive or backup USB for safe keeping. To do so, copy the entire directory contents of the binder.
Launch the Binder.HTM file to view the binder.
Printing a Hard Copy
Optionally a hard copy of the binder may be generated.
Select the desired options.
