Stock Number Tab
The Stock Number tab displays the current Stock Numbers for this Product. An unlimited number of Stock Numbers may exist for each Product. There can be an internal Stock number entered, as well as a manufacturer Stock Number (which can use the same Stock Number record) and a Bar Code ID.
1. From Admin:
2. Select Products, select Stock Number:
3. Select Records.
A. Select Search to type in a product.
B. List All Records to list all product records in database.
C. Select Highlighted Records to open.
D. Select Omit Records to omit a product record.
4. Click Select and choose Stock tab.
5. Click Add to create a new Stock Number record.
6. Click Delete to remove a highlighted Stock Number record.
7. Double-click a Stock Number to modify the record.
8.Click on the Containers tab to specify the containers used to store the product. Type the container size, then use the drop-down tabs to specify Container Unit, SARA Container Type, SARA Container Pressure, and SARA Container Temperature.
9. Select Save when adding or editing record is completed.
